Athletic Honors Attained (before arriving at Paul Smith’s College): Member of Virginia Class 6 Northern Region runner-up teams (cross country 2022, indoor track 2022-23).

9th at 2022 Woodberry Forest XC Invitational

17th at 2022 Northern Region Cross Country Championship

Ranked top 50 in the state for the 3200 during indoor 2022-23

Sep 9:  Vermont Tech Maple Syrup Invitational 8K:  30:06 for 14th place in his first 8K race.

Sep 16: Middlebury Aldrich Invitational 8K:  29:31 for 18th place.

Sept 25:  Hampshire College Founding Tree Invitational 8K: 27:27 for 2nd place in a PR.

Oct 14: Cross Country Only Championships 8K: 27:08 for 4th place in a PR.

Nov 4:  Yankee Small College Conference Championships:  28:41 for first place.

Nov 11: United States Collegiate Athletic Association Championships:  28:56 for 3rd place, earning 1st Team All American honors.

Jeremy Drowne (#160), Eliot Soderholm (#1) and Matt Matis (#180) lead from the start of the 2026 Cock A Doodle Shoe.  Drowne won the 5K with Matis placing second, and Soderholm won the 10K for the second consecutive year.
