The Paul Smith's College cross country enjoyed the opportunity to take advance of the local 26th Annual Olga run in Saranac Lake and to run a low key road race. Logan Krahn took first place in the men's 5K winning in 19:44, while first year student, Ethan Parrish placed second in the 10K in 35:31. Zack Sprott – Scribner placed fourth in the 10K in 40:00 while Wes Burkit placed 6th in 41:11.
Ellen Haas placed second in the 5K with a time of 23:26, followed by first year student, Brooklynn Shumway in 24:26. A total of 14 members of the cross country team took part in the Olga Run, and enjoyed the community atmosphere supporting this event in downtown Saranac Lake.
